Winter's Here!

Well!  It's finally winter!  I'm in the middle of a heckuva good, ol'-fashioned snowstorm!  A storm's been predicted all week, but, what with the limited success of weather forecasts (!), I don't think any of us expected it would actually arrive.  But, it's here in full force!

I'll definitely have to go out this evening to plow again.  Then, I'll drive the truck tomorrow to work and plow on my way out in the morning.  Papa Pea will be able to use the truck during the day to get their driveway and yard cleaned up.  (Hey, parents, want to give me a vehicle to use in the AM to get to work?)

10:59 AM - Tucker ventures out on our way to plow.

12:41 PM - It took a while longer than usual to plow what with the driving wind.  I had to stop to scrape off the windshield, hood, and radiator innumerable times.  The wipers were not enough to conquer it!
I'll try to report back in later on.  It's convenient that the storm came on my day off . . . but also frustrating that I have to spend so much of my day dealing with it rather than the million other things that need to be done!  Ah, well - still good that it arrived today.  Besides, it sure is pretty, and I love snow . . . and we REALLY need the moisture it will provide come spring!
