Picking up where I left off, the 14th of the month was the one-year anniversary of Tom leaving Corporate America. His good-bye party was held on August 10th of last year at the renowned Manny's Steakhouse in Minneapolis. It was an intimate group - just 10 of us - but what a time we had! Here are two of the "decent" pictures from the night! ;)The first shot is of Tom and a co-worker (his wife and I had a faaabulous time testing the martinis!), and the second shot is, from left to right: one of Tom's always-in-his-corner peers, Tom, his boss's wife (who used to be one of Tom's peers until she and the boss got married and decided it wasn't kosher for both of them to work for the same company), and another co-worker of Tom's.
That's the last f-a-n-c-y meal we've been out to, and - as you can probably tell - we had a hootin'-nanny of a good time!
