New Bedtime

Hi!  (Pant, pant, rush, rush!)

I want to update you, but I HAVE to be asleep in 16 minutes because I have a new alarm-time of (gahhhhhhhhh!) 5:00 AM.  Out of the house at 5:30.

In short, I lost my Roe House job yesterday.  Black Monday.  Boss Lady in tears, EU (yes, that EU) shut us down.  Apparently, since the majority of our wonderful caviar ships overseas to . . . damn, I just forgot! . . . Sweden (I think!) . . . we've gotten too big for our britches.  Or, more to the point, the headlines could read 'Mom & Pop Business Flourishes:  Gov't Forces Shut-Down.  Big Brother Angered By Little Guy Success.'

But, this morning, I got another job!  More hours, too.  Long ones.  Job requirement is that you are at your station, ready to go, at 7:00 AM.  That's not walking in the door at 7:00 AM, that's fully prepared to begin work at 7:00 AM.  And, that means leaving the house @ 5:30.  Must . . . think . . . about . . . the . . . money!

I hope to be able to update you about the shy, fuzzy new family member (I have yet to touch him/her!) and the job situation . . . tomorrow!

8 minutes 'til lights out!  Gotta go!
