It's Gonna be a Good Day!

It's gonna be a good day, I can feel it!  My body's full of excitement (or, were I in a bad mood, I'd read it as anxiety) to GET THINGS DONE!  Today *is* the start of my weekend, after all!

I've been trying extra hard to get as much business work done on my in-town work weeks (Thursdays - Sundays) as possible, so each of the last four days found me either up and leaving right away or home and too tired at night (to post).

So, without further ado and even tho I have this past's weeks photos to share with you, heeeeeeeeere's Bunny!!

Bopee & Bunny, Love at First Sight
I met him a week ago Sunday when he was a mature 6 whole days old.  ;)  He does look a lot like his big sister, The Peanut, but he has a COMPLETELY different nose.  Amazing what a difference that one feature can make.  I couldn't resist giving him LOTS of Eskimo kisses on it.  :)  And, see that little divot below his bottom lip?  I REALLY wanted to play with that, but he wasn't having any of it.  Sigh.  Don't newborns know that they exist just so we can look at 'em and explore their little noses, ears, and chins?  ;)

Hee hee, he DOES already look like a little man!

That's us!

The Peanut wants in on giving Bunny some love like their mama's doing.

We're missing Daddy in this shot!  Look at how TEENSY Bunny is!

Before I left, I gave The Peanut some one-on-one time, and she celebrated by decorating my face with stickers.  She was VERY symmetrical with her placement of them, no?

Maybe I'll be back later today when I need a break from Gettin' Things Done, but, if not, this will hold you over 'til tomorrow.

Happy Monday!

  1. Great photos! You will definitely have to give the Peanut some extra lovin' - it's hard to transition from being the only child, and girls are worse LOL! Hope you have a great few days off and take time to enjoy yourself after chores :)
