  5. Mom & Patty, I've lost so many leaves up here that "bleak November" come early is EXACTLY what I thought the other day! While I feel like we're enjoying a nice (long) fall, the leaves do seem to have gone sooner this year. 'Course, we had an early spring, too, so that does go hand-in-hand.

    Jen, Mom forwarded me her copy of 'Separation Anxiety' last night - can't wait for the time to read it! (If only it were on audio!)

    Erin, ha! Lovely, positive thought, but all trees anywhere near the solar panels get taken down . . . so there *IS* no infringement on solar gain when the trees are fully leafed out. :)
