Really, now . . . how can anyone get any blog reading or writing done in the busy summertime? Gimme a break!There's a new blogger writing at Blueberry Hills Homestead who I want to start reading . . . and I want to start at the (her) beginning . . . which is only 23 posts ago . . . but I'm havin' a heck of a time! I haven't even "said hello" and introduced myself yet! Must go do that . . . .
I'm nannying today, and I get this chance to pull out my laptop when she's down for her midday nap. I'm so glad her folks have a satellite for Internet service (they also live off-grid, but, like Swamp River Ridge, you'd never know it). The other house I'm currently nannying at doesn't (have connection to the Web).

Just to prove the Too Busy point, it's now Saturday, and I wrote the above on Thursday! Anyway, I'm OFF! We're 1/2 way thru the biggest weekend of the year at the folk school. Two days down, two days to go! Whew!
Since I have no time today, either, I'll throw this (post) out there. The above image is the birthday present I made for my girlfriend / massage therapist.

ReplyDeleteYup, it sure is! Don't give up, though . . . people will be reading your wonderful recipes in the wintertime when they WISH they'd paid more attention in the summertime when the ingredients were growing in their gardens! ;)
