Well, Hell & Damnation!

Do you think I can find my mail-in ballot ANYWHERE?!  (Here, in such a large geographical county, most of us vote by mail.)  'Course not.  While packing up Sunday night, I grabbed the two grocery bags filled with my mail.  Do you think the ballot is in either of 'em?  Nope.

So, I've been scanning the Internet this AM, trying to find out what to do.  I get as far as entering my physical address at the Secretary of State's website . . . and then hit a wall.  Do you think they have my road listed as an option?  Of course not!  What the . . . ?!  So, now, I'll try to get through to the court house today by telephone (ha!) to find out if I can vote here in town, signing my life away that I'm NOT trying to buck the system by voting twice!  Grrr.

Ever had one of these days?
