I can't think of a better home (or more deserving family) for it to go to. Now the big question is: Who is going to lay claim to it . . . mom for her studio or son for his own little hideaway!!
At first I thought you were hauling Trapper Cabin as an addition to your little place. I bet you were pretty teary eyed at this, but it sounds like you really like who is going to love it next :)
No, not teary-eyed at all! That was the funny thing: as they drove out of the yard, I had a huge smile on my face & just felt SO blessed to have this family in my life!
