It was actually with much glee and giggling that I approached this early morning job on Sunday. For once, it wasn't ME who was in the ditch! :) I think you can see the ice that IS the road in this shot. As I pulled Tom out with the old plow truck, I had to keep the plow dropped so that it would help stop ME once HE was out of the ditch. A word to the wise: if you think of driving up to visit us right now . . . re-think that idea. Truly. As much as we'd love visitors, until we get some snow the conditions are just too hazardous.
