6 January 2006: So, tracing back a bit, we did celebrate Tom's birthday in the short hours when he was home and before we found out about his brother's accident. Here he is at my folks' house with a few of the bee keeping accessories he received: veil, gloves, and smoker! We'd better get some clover planted come spring!
