12 November 2005: After rising painfully early on a Sunday morning, meeting a prospective roofer for the garage at the property (if the bid's not within our budget we'll do it ourselves), and getting a couple hours of work in, we left home just after noon yesterday for Superior, Wisconsin. It was our godson's 4th birthday party! Even though he's currently taking swimming lessons, yesterday was the first time he let go of his mama, and he and Uncle Tommy must have played in the water for two hours! I don't know about our little pumpkin, but his godfather was sure exhausted after it all!
