ReplyDeleteas beautiful as they are, the hair on the back of my neck still stands up when I see one. we had one in the field the other day, luckily the animals were in the house, as were the kids. but still, this photo is awesome! :)

ReplyDeleteMagnificent! What an honor to see these wolves in THEIR habitat--and they look healthy. Are wolves doing okay up where you live? Or is their population decreasing? Either way, wow. What a treat. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteUgh. You just opened a can of worms. The wolves are finally doing well enough here that instead of just removing them from the protected list, they're opening a HUNTING SEASON on them this fall! Isn't that just lovely?
