It's getting to be old hat: another day, another flat. I had posted about the most recent flat tire on my car which happened on the 4th. Then, when Tom went out to go to work last Friday morning, the 9th, guess what? His car had a flat! Such is life driving 16 miles, one-way, on gravel roads every time you go anywhere. Hmph. Patching tires is a big business for mechanics up here!
Some friends of mine Colorado have gone to 6 ply tires to reduce the number flats they have when 'Jeeping' in the mountains. Might be worth the extra $$.
