8 June 2006: Here's the family friend we hired to do a bunch of work on the new house. His first (and maybe worst) job was sanding every single timber on the frame. When the frame had gone up, it was impossible to not get dings, scratches, boot prints, and, most prevalent, dirty and greasy hand/finger prints on the posts and beams.
