8 May 2006: Because we are so busy right now and I didn't want to take the time to process the birds, a girlfriend down the road took them. I dropped them off about 7:00 that night, and she had them in the freezer by 10:00! I hope we might be able to enjoy a chicken dinner with them one night soon! ;) Oh, and let me tell you: Tuesday morning was MUCH quieter here at Hastings-on-the-Lake with only one rooster crowing instead of five! And, I think the girls seem a bit more content to do their thing now that they aren't being constantly stalked and accosted by these randy teenagers!
