7 December 2005: The cookstove (and windows) in the kitchen. Tom's enclosed the kitchen in plastic sheeting, and so as soon as we get the stovepipe installed, I can build my first fire, heat the first pot of soup, and warm up the kitchen! We still won't have use of the gas side of the stove until the springtime when those (LP) lines are dug, but the wood side will suffice just fine for this winter!
